Robbyn Battles March 2026 Monthly Letter

Dear Readers, Welcome to my March monthly letter. It’s great to be chatting with you again. The past couple of months have been filled with clients, community meetings, and lots of conversations over coffee. Not much travel lately, although I do need to get to North Carolina to see my mom and great niece, who is turning four in June. It’s a wonderful reminder of how lucky I am to be surrounded by clients, friends, family, and long-time relationships that make this community so special.

I’m Just Sayin’, Let’s Get to the Point is my newest podcast, and I’m excited to start sharing these conversations with you. The podcast is about community, business owners, nonprofits, local candidates, and just life around us. You name it, if it’s interesting, we’re going to talk about it, and we’ll probably dribble in a little real estate now and then. So, let me ask you, do you run a business, volunteer, have a hobby, a story, or something happening in the community people should know about? If so, we should book an episode. There is a lot in life to talk about. You can find my podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcast, and YouTube.

The Signature Series created just for you, because of you. My postcards, Anatomy of a Listing and Anatomy of a Sold, garnered so much wonderful feedback that I expanded the series to include the following: Anatomy of a Senior Home, Anatomy of an Inherited Home, and Anatomy of an Almost Sold. These curated conversations turned into stories you rarely hear about. Decisions, timing, planning, families, and fitting it all together to make it work. You can find the Signature Series on my website.

Here’s a snippet of some of my recent listings. Anything catches your eye, call, text, or email me, and I’ll fill you in.

If you’ve been following my monthly Markets at a Glance reports, you might have noticed something. I started with five neighborhoods. Then six. Now I’m tracking eight, and we just added two new Pasadena zip codes to the mix. You might be wondering why. The answer is simple: I want you to understand the full scope of where my expertise actually lives. I’ve been selling real estate in these foothill communities for over thirty eight years. That’s not just a number to me. It’s thirty eight years of watching patterns, learning rhythms, understanding what makes each neighborhood tick.

When I started these monthly reports, I chose five areas I knew like the back of my hand. But then I realized something. My clients don’t just live in one neighborhood. They move between them. They compare them. They want to know not just what’s happening on their street, but what’s happening three neighborhoods over. So I added more markets. Not because it looks impressive, but because it actually helps you make better decisions. Check out my monthly Markets at a Glance.

The best plans always start with simple conversations. If you are hearing things about the market and wondering what it all means, call me, and we’ll talk it through.

If you want to dig deeper into any of these neighborhoods, I have the full reports with all the data so you can see exactly what happened in January, February, and March. But more than that, if you want to talk about your specific situation, your timing, your goals, and what these trends mean for you personally, I’m here for that conversation.
