This month brings some exciting news. I have been named Vice President of Senior Homes and Trust Sales at JohnHart Real Estate in La Crescenta. I am expanding my services by building a team that will work exclusively with seniors planning a move and families managing trusts or inherited properties. These are often emotional and complicated transitions, and the goal is to ensure that every client receives the same level of personal attention and thoughtful service that I have always provided. My new team will be trained to offer the same quality of care and specialized guidance, so no one ever feels rushed or overlooked. I am not slowing down or stepping away, I am expanding in a way that allows me to help even more people with my understanding and expertise.
As we head into the Thanksgiving season, I hope you are planning something special, whether it is a quiet dinner, time with family, or a moment to relax before the holidays begin. It is one of my favorite times of year to slow down, reflect, and appreciate the people and community that make life so rich.

Even though we are at the start of the holiday season, there is never a wrong time to talk about real estate. Whether you are preparing for a move sometime next year, have questions about the market, or simply want to wish me a Merry Christmas, I am always happy to hear from you.
