Make It! A Family Craft Program

Get creative at this family craft program!

This hands-on crafts program for families will give participants ages 4 and up a chance to express themselves. Kids 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Each program is limited to 20 kids plus accompanying adults.

Join the American Legion Post 288 for their 7th Annual Community Bingo Night! Tickets $15, Each Game pays $100 or more! Doors open at 5:30 pm, the first game is at 7 pm. Proceeds benefit Veterans in the Community.

Grab a friend, celebrate the best day of the week, and get your sip and shop on while meeting and supporting some of our favorite handpicked food trucks, chefs, local crafters and makers – and do a little making and crafting of your own. Tickets are required, but this is a FREE event!

During select Saturday nights this spring and summer, bring a picnic blanket and head over to the Autry lawn to watch classic movies projected in HD onto the largest outdoor movie screen on the West Coast. Some of the city’s tastiest food trucks and local bands will be on hand—plus every event is dog-friendly!

Select museum galleries will be open before the film screening.

End Of  Summer Celebration: Descanso Gardens, La Cañada Flintridge

From Descanso Gardens: “The gardens stay open extra late for the End of Summer Celebration. Grab a cold drink and relax to the tunes of the The Flashdance DJs, wander through the gardens to the sounds of live music. Enjoy the sunset, then end the night with some stargazing in the Oak Woodland. Bring your own flashlight! Advance tickets required.

  • The Flashdance DJs – 5:30–10pm
  • Crafting  – 5:30–9:30pm
  • Live Musicians  – 6–8pm
  • Stargazing  – 8:30–9:30 pm. See the night sky through a telescope with the help of the Old Town Sidewalk Astronomers.
  • Festival Food by Patina  – 5:30–9pm. Enjoy signature cocktails inspired by summer, beer, and barbeque favorites for purchase.”
